Peregrine Falcon

The Peregrine Falcon was found on the entrance road to Chimney Rock Archaeological area.  He was probably downdrafted by the strong winds we had at the time. He injured his left wing and sustained a mild concussion. He was given medication for the head trauma.  He was also put in a large flight cage on October 20th. His flight skills are not great yet, but improving.
